A little catching up...

So  it's been a few years since I have blogged but it's been a crazy two years! Kennedi is now almost 3 years old (in February) and we have added a new addition, Lincoln Dale Ainsworth! We welcomed Lincoln in our lives on July 29th, 2014 and we can't imagine our life's without him! In March 2013 we moved into our brand new home that we built on the west side of west valley! We love our home and it's a added bonus that we have family living by us ...Karla and jake moved next door to us after living with us for a little bit. Randi and nick just built a home on the street above us and Jarron's cousin Calvin and Heather built on the same street as us!

2013 we started the new year at dawn and bobs house, the whole year went by super quick we celebrated Kennedi's first birthday and got into our own place in march! Dawn and bob also got a new home and pretty close by us :) Daxton Russell Garrett  was born on March 5th and Cooper Jay Hansen was born  on June 22ndso now I have 5 nephews! We went to seven peaks and bowling a lot since we had pass of all passes! We also did a family reunion with with my dads side of the family at lagoon! There was lots of games nights and other things like that! In November we found out that we were expecting baby number two and were nervous at first but then excited :)

2014-We have had quite the year Kennedi turned two and we did a princess themed party! We were going to go to Disney princess on ice but kennedi caught RSV :( she has had an ongoing thing with her respiratory and they think she may have asthma but they can't diagnose her until she is 4! This year has been a roller coaster! We found out in June that Jarron had testicular cancer so he had to under go surgery and then radiation for extra precaution! It was such a scary time but now that it's done he is 95% cancer free! He was super sick through the treatments it was every week day for 3 weeks so 17 treatments! He was able to work through it but it was tough for him I could tell! Before his treatments and after surgery we had Lincoln! I was able to take the whole 12 weeks to spend time with my kids before going back to work! We had a lot of help emotionally, financially and physically from Everyone around us and we were very humbled by the love and support we had! Jarron quit famous appliances right before we found out about the cancer due to many reasons! He got a job at Zeroez a carpet cleaning place then he left there to work for Rachel's neighbor being his go to man with his carpet cleaning business called mean steam carpet machine! He work there for a couple of weeks and I was back to work in October! Things were starting to get better and then on November 6th Jarron got light headed on his way to a job so he pulled over and next thing he knows he is pulling his head off the steering wheel, he had passed out! So he thinks well maybe I just need something to eat so he drove to the gas station and parked and then he is picking his head off the steering wheel again and then called the ambulance as he wasn't sure what was going on! So then he was rushed to the ER in daybreak and the did a bunch of tests there and couldn't figure out why he was passing out! So they transferred him to the big U of U hospital downtown! They kept him for 2 days doing numerous tests and then released him stating whatever is going on is not life threatning...well 6 holes in the wall and 3 ER visits later due to injuries from
him passing out without a sign it's going to happen! Cracked and bruised up ribs, torn ligaments and muscles in the forearm and sprained wrist and numerous head injuries but luckily none of the head blows did damage but he did get two concussions! The hardest part Besides the passing out 10+ times a day is he felt completely normal so we have  a hard time not doing things! We were able to borrow a wheel chair to go see Christmas lights and used a wheel chair to go the aquarium that they provided! Eventually the passing out started to become part of our lives but then on January 11th we were at jarrons parents celebrating Caseys and Nicks birthday! We were getting ready to leave but then Jarron passed out so I was finishing packing up and taking care of the kids while we waited out the epdisode! He was out for a while so me and jarrons parents were trying to get him out of it, he would wake and go right back out he did this 3 times! After the 3rd time he then went into a full body seizure, none of us knew what to do or what was happening! It was only seconds but felt like hours, it was so terrifying! So he comes out of the seizure and I just start balling because I was so worried about Jarron and didn't understand why this was happening! Then Jarron started crying and said he can't do this any more and his mom just grabbed him and held him! It was so touching to see a mother and her son like that, it just goes to show that no matter your age your mom will always hold you when you need it most! Dale called 911 as Jarrons whole body was trembling and we had no idea what to do, so the paramedics came really quick and asked Jarron if he can walk and he said I think so. So they started heading up the stairs and Jarron passed out and took the two firemen to there knees and they had to carry him up and put him on the gurney and they were rushing out the door and I was thinking wait I want to say bye and I love you! Then od of sudden Jarron opened his eyes and winked at me it was what I needed and made me feel everything was okay! So Wendy stayed back with the kids and me and Dale went to the hospital to be with Jarron! At the hospital we were put in a room right away and Jarron had another seizure like 30 minutes after the nurse got him situated! We had someone from Dales ward and our bishop and brother Christensen there to give Jarron and me a blessing! It was amazing to have the feeling of comfort come as soon as they placed their hands on my head! The power of the priesthood is what has helped us through this all! Heavenly Fathers way of talking to us and guiding through his faithful men down here on the earth! Then the ER doctor said that he had seen Jarron for his rib injury and was told not to worry about the fainting but he said he was going to review the case with a neurologist as he thinks something more should be done! So they gave him seizure meds and some meds for his migraine and sent us home but with instructions to follow up with Dr. Grantz the following day! So we stayed at Jarrons parents house so that I could have help if he had another one and with the kids! The night went smooth and we followed up with Dr. Grantz the following afternoon and he spent almost 2 hours talking with us and trying to find the answer! Jarron had an EKG and got some bloodwork orders that we got done at my work and then we also did a CT scan of his head from neck up and we set up a follow up appointment for the next Monday! We sat with him for 45 minutes and he has a plan and seemed confident it would help make Jarron better :) his blood tests came back low on vitamin D and Vitamin B6 so we are going to get those up and he put him on a new med that is supposed to help him stop seizuring, help with migraines and help with moods (anxiety, depression etc) which they think his other meds they weaned him off of was the reason for all this! So we are now playing the waiting game he has about 4-5 seizures a day but the passing out has subsided besides right before a seizure and evey now and then just cause! We have had many tender mercies thru all the trials we have had and overcome! We had our families pull together to help us with meals and food! During the cancer we had someone start a Go Fund Me for our family to help us pay our bills and get food on the table! During the Christmas season we had so many people help and give it was so humbling to know there is still so much good in this world! It's been really hard for us to except help from our family, friends, church and even people who barely know us! Kennedi has been so strong through this all and I have tried to make her understand what is going on! She really has a love of doctors she knows that they help get people better and especially daddy! Linc is such a chill little guy and he is so patient with me on days where I feel like I neglect him but he gives me a smile and it melts my heart! Even though Jarron feels like he is failing us as a family, we see a strong, loving, faithful father and husband! He is the best husband a girl could have and I am so lucky to have him for eternity! He is my rock and he is an example to me, you hardly hear him complain and he still has a sense of humor even when times get hard and he can always light the room with his smile! Even though we are in the mist of a a hardship we are so blessed and we are closer to our Heavenly Father then we have ever been! Thank you to everyone who has helped us and continue to help us whether it's through your prayers, meals, finances or just the random calls and texts of concerns and thoughts! We are very blessed to have sonny wonderful people in our lives thanks for tagging along with us! Until next time I blog :)

Lincoln coming home!
